Waitlist privacy policy

What we collect

When you join the Wavelength waitlist, we store your email address, your optional “Your situation” answer, and a record of when you gave consent and which policy applied. We do not ask for your name, your partner’s name, or relationship conversations.

Why we collect it

With your consent, we use your email to send you launch news and first-access information. Your optional answer helps us understand the needs of people interested in Wavelength. You can skip that answer. Please do not provide information identifying your partner.

How we protect it

Waitlist information is stored using Lovable Cloud. It is not publicly readable and is only used to manage the waitlist. We never sell your information. Service providers may process it only as needed to store it and deliver the updates you requested.

Cookies and ad measurement

This site uses Google Ads cookies to measure which ads lead to waitlist sign-ups. Google receives information such as the pages you visit here and whether you signed up. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland can accept or decline via the cookie banner, and can change that choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We store your choice, when you made it and the notice version in your browser. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices and rights

You can withdraw consent, unsubscribe, or request access, correction, or deletion at any time. Every launch email will include a way to unsubscribe. We keep your information only for as long as needed to manage the waitlist, unless you request deletion sooner. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Contact

Privacy contact: hello@onherwavelength.com. Once launch emails begin, you can also reply to any of them to request deletion or withdraw consent.

About the future app

This policy covers the waitlist only. Before Wavelength launches, we will publish a separate policy explaining how app conversations and other app information are handled.
